Founder & President
Chris Chiarenza is the Founder and President of DealHouse. He began his real estate career in 2009 and since then he has purchased, fixed, and flipped hundreds of homes right on Long Island. Chris started out with nothing and He has successfully built and sold 6 companies from the ground up. He believes that to achieve anything requires faith in God and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Chris works with his team of attorneys, title agents, and contractors that make it possible for him to close real estate transactions quickly and easily. When he’s not at work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, as well as working out, reading and practicing martial arts daily. Chris believes that the Bible is the ultimate handbook for life and one of his favorite quotes is “all things are possible for those who believe”.
Chief Financial Officer
Dilip Deokule is the President of Budget Estates and works as the head of finance for DealHouse. When it comes to expertise in the administrative sector, Dilip is the go-to person in the company. He has been in the real estate development and new home construction business for over 30 years, so he knows a thing or two (or a hundred!) about the industry. As the finance director, Dilip coordinates purchase and sales contracts, along with title policies and anything finance-related. He also supervises all new construction on site. When he’s not hard at work, Dilip likes to travel to unusual places all over the world and really enjoys fine cuisine. He also likes to stay active by mountain biking, and hiking on weekends or summer evenings.
Real Estate Operations, Project Manager, Inspector
Pedro Velez is the Real Estate Operations, Project Manager and Inspector at DealHouse. With over 34 years of real estate experience, Pedro utilizes his extensive knowledge as a licensed real estate broker, residential developer, new home builder, and full-time house flipper. An expert multi-tasker, Pedro is responsible for being the eyes and ears for all rehab projects. Ensuring that the highest quality is maintained in every home rehab, he knows the ins and outs of the renovation business. When it comes managing construction projects, Pedro is firm but fair and gets the job done on time and under budget. When he’s not on the job, Pedro enjoys hanging out with his family and friends. He is also a cigar aficionado. He also makes it a point to work out regularly.
Chief Acquisitions Officer
Peter Velez began his career a decade ago as a real estate agent on Long Island, eventually transferring over to Acquisitions Manager for DealHouse. Peter oversees acquisitions and asset valuations, while keeping new sellers and buyers informed every step of way leading to smooth transactions. Peter attributes much of his success to extensive training but also his communication skills, and he lays out the entire process in a clear and comprehensive manner to potential sellers and buyers. He genuinely enjoys analyzing properties and figuring out the exact valuation for each house. When he’s not hard at work, Peter enjoys exercising and spending quality time with his wife and family.
Asaf German serves as general counsel for DealHouse. Asaf has over 20 years of experience and is considered is a top New York real estate attorney, who puts special emphasis on the handling residential closings. He attributes his success to his incredible staff, positive mindset, and rewarding relationships with all real estate attorneys. Simply put, Asaf strives to make all transactions as smooth and as enjoyable as possible. During the day Asaf is mostly handling contract signings and closings. When he’s not being the best attorney he can be, he is spending time with his two beautiful children, training at the gym and enjoying life.
Administrative Services Director
Danielle Twible is the Administrative Services Director at DealHouse. A resourceful team player who excels at building trusted relationships, Danielle finds and assists potential deals on houses through marketing expertise. As Administrative Services Director, she constantly strives to exceed expectations of the company’s President and her co-workers daily. A results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, Danielle has over a decade of experience providing administrative support along with a high degree of detail orientation. She has the expert ability to simultaneously manage various projects and schedules. She continues to enjoy challenging herself in every aspect of the real estate business. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, being outdoors, and exercising.
New Business Development
Kerri is the new Business Development Coordinator at DealHouse. She is a tenacious phone agent responsible for calling motivated home sellers and coordinating appointments with the acquisitions manager at DealHouse. She has a really positive attitude, which sets her apart from those around her. Kerri is remarkable at identifying and developing new business opportunities and assiting sellers to get the most value for thier home. When she is not working, Kerri enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids and dog. She also likes engaging in activities like camping, kayaking, boating and loves to ski.
